Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 4, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Interegon (the "Service"), operated by Interegon LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you and that organization.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly accept registrations from children under 13.

3. Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it current
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access at security@interegon.com

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, present security risks, or remain inactive for an extended period.

4. Plans and Beta Period

The Service is currently offered during a beta period. Features, pricing, and availability may change without notice during this period.

The "Legacy" plan is offered free of charge to early adopters during and after the beta period, subject to fair-use limits we may establish. Other plans, when introduced, may carry fees that we will publish on the Service. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and renew automatically until cancelled.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Upload or transmit content that is infringing, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service except where permitted by law
  • Use the Service to send spam, phishing messages, or other unsolicited communications
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use the Service to develop a competing product or service
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service except via documented APIs we make available

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section without prior notice.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant Interegon a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, transmit, display, and process Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you and authorized members of your organization.

You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit it. You represent that Your Content does not violate any law or third-party right.

7. Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other materials we provide (excluding Your Content), is owned by Interegon or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The name "Interegon" is a trademark of Interegon LLC. You may not use it without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services such as authentication providers and hosting providers. Your use of those third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies. Interegon is not responsible for third-party services.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy at https://interegon.com/privacy.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by following the deletion procedure within the Service or by contacting us at support@interegon.com. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

Sections that by their nature survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR PRESERVED.

DURING THE BETA PERIOD, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR EVALUATION PURPOSES AND MAY CONTAIN BUGS, ERRORS, AND OTHER DEFECTS. YOU ACCEPT THESE RISKS WHEN USING THE SERVICE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD 100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Interegon and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party right, or Your Content.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Monmouth County, New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above. For material changes, we will provide additional notice such as an in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Interegon regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely. Notices to you may be sent to the email address associated with your account; notices to Interegon should be sent to legal@interegon.com.
